After graduating from Indiana University in 2002, Brian fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a Financial Advisor. He was mentored by his grandfather and learned the importance of integrity, honesty, and discipline while working with local families and businesses. His passion for working with clients to help them with financial stewardship, generational wealth management, and business services continues to grow. Brian is married to his wife, Kirsty and they have two sons, Thatcher & Beckett. He spends his time enjoying the outdoors with the family, playing platform tennis, and golfing. Brian was a participant in Robert Crown Center programs as a child and is honored to help with the mission of leading, educating, and motivating kids towards healthy, happy, and safe lives.

Sasha Bigda

Senior Director, Corporate Communications & Media Relations, USG Corporation

Sasha Bigda is the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Media Relations for USG Corporation where she leads strategic communications programs. She has a background in organizational positioning, reputation and thought leadership, crisis and issues management, public affairs, and government relations. Prior to joining USG, Sasha worked at Ace Hardware Company, Allstate Insurance, Navistar and U.S. Cellular in the Corporate Relations and Public Relations arenas. She is a graduate of Western Illinois University where she received a B.A. in Communications. In addition to her work with the Robert Crown Center, she sits on the board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Corporate Citizenship and is a member of the National Association of Manufacturers, International Association of Business Communicators, and the Public Relations Society of America.

John Bucheleres

Principal, Triton Capital

John Bucheleres is Founding Principal of Triton Real Estate Partners LLC ("Triton"), a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, syndication, and operation of value-add commercial real estate.  John first founded the private-equity firm Triton Capital LLC, the predecessor of Triton Real Estate Partners LLC, and previously was a principal of JSQ Commercial LLC and JSQ Advisors LLC, overseeing asset management, property management and leasing for the fund’s assets. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Kansas school of business.

Caryn Glover

Caryn serves as a lead advisor and relationship manager to high net worth individuals, families
and organizations, including closely-held and family-owned businesses. She closely works with
clients to gain a complete understanding of their lifestyle, career, philanthropic and wealth
planning goals. Then she identifies and engages a Client Strategy Team to create a unique and
constantly evolving financial plan and strategy to help meet these goals. Caryn joined BMO
Private Bank in 2016 and has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Caryn earned her BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois. She went on to earn her MS in
Education- Mathematics from DePaul University. Caryn holds series 6, 7 and 63 securities
She is a board member of the Robert Crown Center in Hinsdale.
Caryn lives in Wheaton and enjoys tennis, boxing, travelling and visiting National Parks.

Graham Hershman

Chief Operating Officer, Portfolio Hotels & Resorts

Graham Hershman is co-founder and COO of Portfolio Hotels & Resorts, responsible for the day-to-day operation of this full-service hospitality management company and its managed properties. Prior to entering the hotel business, Graham was with Arthur Andersen. Graham is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and has an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University. Graham and his wife Erin are 36-year residents of Hinsdale. Each of their four children have been through the Robert Crown Center’s health programs. Two of them served on the Robert Crown Center Teen Board.

Mick Kane

Partner, Deloitte

Mick Kane is a partner and National Service Line Leader for Deloitte’s US R&D and Government Incentives practice.  He has been with Deloitte for over 21 years serving clients in multiple industries including consumer products, energy, life science and financial services.  Mick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, his Masters of Business Administration from Drake University, and is a CPA. He serves on several leadership committees for Deloitte Tax including partner admissions, national training, recruiting and has additional operational responsibilities.  He and his wife Terri, live in Hinsdale with their son Austin who is a sophomore at Hinsdale Central and their son Alex is a freshman at Indiana University.

Daniel Marginean

Head, Customer Success and Sales, TechnoVector, LLC

Daniel M. Marginean is VP of Customer Success for AiPlaz Technologies Inc. He brings more than 17 years of Information Technology, Strategy and Implementation experience to serve the Robert Crown Center. Daniel earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He became interested in the RCC mission when the first of his three children received Robert Crown programming offered through Monroe Elementary School. Along with his wife Cyndi, he has been a resident of Hinsdale for over 6 years.  Daniel has served non-profits and other good causes throughout his life starting at the age of 14 and jumped at the opportunity in 2015 to support RCC’s mission.

Ed McCarthy

Broker, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Keonig Rubloff

Ed McCarthy is a real estate partner in the Nellie McCarthy Group for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Koenig-Rubloff. Prior to starting the residential real estate group with his wife Nellie, Ed worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, the second largest commercial real estate services company in the world, and for NAI Hiffman on office brokerage and investment sales teams. Ed has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Real Estate School. In addition to his work with the Robert Crown Center, Ed sits on the Hinsdale Hospital Foundation Board and on the Board of the Hinsdale Central High School Boosters Club and is a volunteer coach for high school and middle school girls’ lacrosse.

Debra Sunderland

Transformational Leadership Coach, Sunderland Coaching LLC

Debra Sunderland is a Vistage International Executive Coach/Chair, Transformational Leadership Coach, entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker. She has 20 years of leadership experience working with CEOs for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Platinum Technology, TranzAct Technologies, and Partners Wealth Management. Debra works to strengthen communication, leadership and employee retention, provides conflict resolution and improves company performance. Debra graduated from Miami University, holds a certificate in Corporate Goal Coaching, Psychology, CTI Co-Active training, and is engaged in the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Forum.
